Forty years ago, the firm believed in me and gave a very green ‘secretary’ the opportunity to start a job fresh out of college. Surrounded by a caring group of people who trained and supported me this soon became the right fit. The workplace culture of the litigation department can be fast-paced and sometimes chaotic, but the teamwork within our department makes for a positive workplace experience.
I truly enjoy the multitasking that comes with my job and the day to day interactions with my co-workers. I think this combination is a testament to why I have made Fletcher Tilton my second home for the last 40 years.

I enjoy the work and the pace, but what keeps me here are the people; we really are a family. No matter how stressful the day may be, we can still sit down at lunch or go out after work and enjoy each other’s company. Our FT family is always right there to help us through anything.
I have referred several people to FT over the years and I always tell them about the nice people here as well as the employee appreciation events throughout the year. These types of events do not happen at every workplace and they are much appreciated.

I was a nanny for five years before joining the firm. I confided in one of my friends, who worked for the firm and still does, that I wanted to find another role. She shared my resume with the human resources department, I interviewed, and was hired.
I started as an Administrative Assistant to the Corporate Paralegals, then moved to be an Accounting Assistant, and over the years I have gained the knowledge and experience to become a Manager. Fletcher Tilton offered me the opportunity to expand my knowledge in different areas and gain the confidence to increase my role and responsibilities within the Firm.

I have been working in the legal field since graduating college, starting in a large firm. In January of 2010, the attorney I had been working with since January 1993 merged with FT. I was hesitant to go back into a large law firm and start over from ground zero. I met with the hiring managers who were very professional, but also very personable. I felt comfortable meeting them and providing them with information about myself, my capabilities and what I was looking for from my employer.
I stay because I truly love what I do and I really enjoy doing it here with the people at FT. The variety of work is interesting, it’s always in abundance, and they make you feel appreciated throughout the year. It is a very professional and reputable firm which treats its employees well.

I have been at the law firm for 3 years now and I feel like I have been here forever. When I started at the firm they made me feel very comfortable; I instantly felt like a part of the family. As the Receptionist, I enjoy meeting and greeting our clients and I do my best to make them feel welcome and comfortable.
This Law firm has a such a caring environment, with wonderful people inside and out. There is such a positive atmosphere in the office, everyone is very professional and treated well. As an employee I feel respected, appreciated, and valued. When you love what you do you never work a day in your life, and that is how I feel working at Fletcher Tilton.
