Maura is responsible for the daily operations of all Fletcher Tilton locations. This includes, but is not limited to, strategic planning, employee relations, staffing, and office building infrastructure.
Along with managing all Fletcher Tilton locations, she also handles Human Resources administrative tasks alongside Tina Martin.
In 2011, Maura earned her bachelor's degree in English and History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. After graduation, Maura worked in the Administrative Department of financial institutions. While working alongside the Human Resources Team, her interest was piqued, and she decided to pursue her Human Resource Management Certification.
Maura started at the Firm in 2019 as the HR and Executive Assistant. She has since grown in her role, overseeing all day-to-day functions of the Firm.
