Ms. Martin is responsible for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, selection, retention, compensation, benefits, training and leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, and employee engagement.
Tina earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Rhode Island. She earned her law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. As a practicing attorney for over 15 years, Tina focused a large part of her practice in employment and labor law, representing individuals and corporations. In 2012, Tina made the transition to human resources. Since that time, she has worked with K to 12 educational organizations, municipalities, and higher education institutions, handling all facets of human resources.
