Rosemary Tootell is a Litigation Associate based out of the firm’s Boston Office. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including closely held business and shareholder disputes, employment litigation, real estate litigation and general business and contract matters. Prior to joining the firm, Rosemary interned and clerked with the Massachusetts Superior Courts and various Administrative Agencies for the Commonwealth.
Practice Areas
Rosemary received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. She was a student attorney in the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Clinic and completed a semester working at the United States Attorney’s Office in the Major Crimes Division. During her second year of law school, Rosemary worked as a law clerk at a Boston firm where she supported the litigation department in employment disputes, personal injury cases and insurance coverage matters. In addition, Rosemary served as a judicial intern for a Justice of the Suffolk County Superior Court following her first year of law school.
Prior to law school, Rosemary was a Paralegal in the Litigation Department of a medium sized, regional law firm in Boston, where she assisted attorneys on complex contract disputes, employment discrimination and real estate litigation. Rosemary received her undergraduate B.A. degree at Colgate University.
