Sandra A. Leoni
Assistant Director of Trust and Estate ServicesSandra A. Leoni is the Assistant Director of Trust and Estate Services at the firm and serves as a manager in the Trust & Estate department. She is responsible for all aspects of estate administration including the preparation of estate tax returns and funding trusts pursuant to the decedent’s estate plan, as well as identifying, valuing, and collecting probate and non-probate assets.
Sandra Leoni currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Trust & Estate Services, having joined the firm in 1986. Ms. Leoni utilizes her strong interpersonal skills and extensive estate and trust administration knowledge to assist clients and attorneys with all aspects of estate and trust administration. She works closely with clients, personal representatives, family members, trustees, beneficiaries, accountants, brokers and other professionals to marshal assets, probate the estate, fund and administer estates and trusts, prepare annual accountings, prepare and file federal and state estate tax returns, and coordinates the filing of fiduciary income tax and gift tax returns.
Ms. Leoni is involved in the estate administration process with the attorney from the very beginning, acting as the “point person” for clients and beneficiaries. She believes it is important to be available to clients as the person they can call with questions and concerns as they navigate the estate administration process.
Ms. Leoni graduated from Becker College with a degree in paralegal studies. In addition, she took evening classes at Assumption College in real estate, corporate law, legal research and database management, and attends continuing legal education courses in the areas of estate, trust and tax administration

Ms. Leoni was a member of the steering committee which founded the Central Massachusetts Paralegal Association. She served on the board of the CMPA for many years and continues to be an active member. Ms. Leoni has been asked to speak on behalf of the paralegal profession at Anna Maria College, and has been a presenter at various seminars focusing on estate administration, paralegal timekeeping, and fiduciary income tax returns for estates.
