Anthony J. Salvidio, II is Chairman of the firm’s Commercial Finance group, is a member of the Management Committee and is past president of the firm. Mr. Salvidio has significant experience representing national, regional and local commercial lending institutions in a wide array of secured, unsecured, and other debt financing transactions. In addition, he represents and advises borrowers on all aspects of their financing requirements including: acquisition financing; capital and recapitalization financing; bond financing (public and private placement); mezzanine and bridge financing; and restructuring debt.
Outside of his work with the firm, he also serves as the commissioner of the Massachusetts State Lottery and as chairman of the Worcester License Committee. Mr. Salvidio’s practice areas include banking and finance, business and corporate law, and real estate.

Mr. Salvidio received his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University. He earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in front of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Mr. Salvidio serves as the commissioner of the Massachusetts State Lottery and as chairman of the Worcester License Committee. He is also a member of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Mr. Salvidio is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association. He is also a former trustee of Mechanics Hall and member of the Finance Committee.
In 2005, Mr. Salvidio was recognized as a “Rising Star” among top Massachusetts lawyers by Boston magazine and Law & Politics magazine. In a 2008 trial involving a national insurance company, Mr. Salvidio served as the sole expert defense witness in a legal malpractice case and was qualified by the Massachusetts Superior Court as an expert on corporate acquisitions and financing.
