Mark S. Foss is a Litigation Attorney focused on corporate matters. He represents both lenders and borrowers and specializes in resolving difficulties in lender-borrower relationships. Mr. Foss handles matters related to insolvency law, foreclosure, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, business and corporate law, civil litigation and personal injury, and real estate. He represents lenders in foreclosure and workout matters, and counsels creditors in bankruptcy court. Mr. Foss also represents clients in insolvency-related civil litigation proceedings.
